Where a transfer of personal data outside Türkiye occurs through service providers used for electronic communications or business operations, such transfers are handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the KVKK concerning international transfers.

MOYE does not sell personal data.

6. Retention and Security

MOYE takes appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or unlawful processing.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may have the right to:

  • request information if your personal data has been processed;

  • learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose;

  • know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad;

  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;

  • request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions provided by law;

  • request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;

  • object to a result arising against you through analysis of personal data exclusively by automated systems; and

  • request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
